Classic farmhouse yeast. Backsweetened with fresh-pressed cider. Notes of banana & clove.

Heritage Reserve

Same bold yeast, but backsweetened with boiled cider for richer depth and higher ABV.

Bourbon Barrel Aged

8% ABV

Fermented with raw honey, aged in fresh wet bourbon barrels. Buttery, bold, and boozy.

Bourbon Peach

We take our bourbon barrel aged base and backsweeten with a combination of fresh pressed cider and peach puree for a perfect summer bev
